FAQ - The Funky Feather Shop

1. Where are you situated?

We are situated in Meyerton (Gauteng)

2. Do you have a shop?

No. We do not have a physical store.  All our business is online.

3. Are you open to the public?

No. We are an online store ONLY!

4. Do you have stock in the showroom?

We do not have a showroom. All our business is online only.

5. How will I know what size to take?

The sizes differ from one clothing item to the next. Please order the SA size you normally wear, for example, Size 34

7. Do you post or courier?

Yes, that is what we mainly do – online orders! We courier COUNTRYWIDE to your door. We use Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy, depending on your area. We prefer not to use the Post Office as they are not very reliable.

8. How much does courier cost?

We ask R79 for the courier to your door. Its R79 per parcel and not per item. We offer FREE delivery on ALL orders R800+

9. What is your return policy?

10. I’m waiting for my salary, can you please keep something out for me?

Unfortunately, due to logistics, we can not keep an order out for anyone. We get new stock on a regular basis. Please order as soon as you are ready to pay. Payments must be made within 2 days after you placed an order.

11. How long does it take to deliver?

As soon as your payment reflects in our bank account, we will send your parcel with the courier company. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days but can take longer for remote areas. October until December is a very busy month and it sometimes does happen that we fall behind on our orders. Please be patient with us during this times.

14. Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes as soon as your item is picked up, you will receive a tracking number via email.
